Andrea's sweetest 16th (Part 1)

Hello everyone! So here I am again! Long time no post and I am really really sorry about that. I basically don't take photographs of my ootds because I don't have plenty of time to blog it because each time I blog, I still need to transfer pictures, edit them, resize them, think of thoughts then upload them and publish them. It's a long job and add to that my multi-networks surfing (I usually sleep at 2am just to make a good post. weee!).

Yes, school is now starting and a month just passed. I didn't even notice that. I am a proud Valor student (Do I really need to inform you that? Haha!). I joined 2 clubs but I am not contented because I wanted to join the glee club but I think I can't manage having 3 clubs so I stick having 2 clubs only. So summer passed and I am still short (as always (*insert sad face*). We had 4 new classmates all in our section which is cool! I am pretty much happy being a CAT officer And .... (I know you are in state of boringness) (skip)

On 29th of June, we celebrated Andrea Adriano's sweet 16th. It was a blast and I really enjoyed the night. By the way, the last second before her birthday celebration at Hotel Centro, she still thought she'll attend a wedding not knowing the fact that she'll attend her own grand birthday. It's amazing to know how sweet her mom is and how awesome we are because we kept a big cool secret. Thousand claps for us!

So here is what I wore:
I will be showcasing you all my ohlala cheekbones! Please, forgive me for being fat. I can't help it. I do love eating.

You know, I always pig out these days because food is my anxiety reliever and just to tell you my random weirdness, few hours before the event, I did 20 sit-ups hoping that my big tummy will magically turn small. Hahaha! But it didn't. Yeah. Obviously.
I had my dress tailored at Ajeyas and had my make-up done by my best friend's aunt. She used to work at Bong Villanueva salon and would you believe me that she already makeup-ed  Anne Curtis, Sarah Geronimo and many other stars? She's a great make up artist and I really recommend her to you! Isn't it amazing that my face turned out so different? Hahaha! Whatever basta she's awesome especially the eyebrow job. Ang cool lang. Nga nga ako. It was home-serviced and few of my classmates namely: Rayza, Lira, Abby, and Bea went to our home to have our face be beautified. It was awesome and we had a great time.
Bestfriends for five years and still counting...
With my blogger bestie, Lira Cadorna (Vanilla Icecream).
Isn't she gorgeous, charming and pretty plus don't you love her dress?
It's awesome with large ribbon at the back.
To tell you a fact, the structure of my dress is inspired by Sherri Hill because most of their designs are corset and that V-shape. I DIY-ed the silver beading in my dress and I felt sorry that I weren't able to take a close picture of it. At the back, my design has xxxxx on it. (I don't know how to call it) and lastly, I DIY-ed my shoes. I put, just the the motif, hot pink sequins on my pumps. Ins't it cool? One good thing about these shoes are its skin because I can still remove the sequins without ruing it. I really love it!

PS: You might be wondering why our lips are pale because that's the first step in our beautification session with Ate Prency (makeup artist). After that shoot, we went back to the office (that's where we had our face and hair done). She re-touched our face and finally finalized it. You'll see my magenta lips on soon on my blog so stay tuned!

Guys, this is just part one. Click here (Part two) to see what happened in her birthday!

Left Behind

Model na model ang peg ko no? Hahaha! Effect parin yan ng panonood ko ng ANTM lol! Forgive me. Hahaha! I pose like I'm late twenties. Sorry. Hahaha! Enjoy!

LEFT BEHIND: Have you heard this movie? If ever not, I tell you, watch it. You’ll be missing a huge part of your life if you didn’t (no jokes, just exaggeration). This movie gave me goose bumps and sweaty feelings. A feeling that is dissimilar compared to all other movies I’ve watched. I want this feeling to last forever. Thank God for this movie. I don’t want to tell you the story because I don’t want to be a spoiler and telling the movie’s plot and story is nothing compared when you watch it. People, this movie is just so awesome!

This Christian movie is something spiritual. This movie gives you more than kilig. This movie gives you more than handsome actors. This movie gives you more than you could imagine. This movie is a blessing because it helped us spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Got got it?
After I’ve watched this movie, all I did was close my eyes and take a deep breath. I stopped for a while and thought about my purpose. It inspired me and I really hope that this is perpetual.
Left behind has many parts. I’ve watched from 1-3 only and I am hoping that I could download more left behind movies in the internet. The movie is beyond good and I won’t recommend you something that you won’t affect you. Infinity thumbs up!!
This is not an ootd. Photoshoot lang sa bahay! Hahaha! I always shoot in our 2nd floor's terrace and so to be different, I had an idea of shooting in our first floor's terrace that is smaller and we just maximized the space. Right now, we had the background screened already that definitely made our home looks like a bahay na bahay.  Nevertheless, it is safer because we don't need to worry to the annoying mosquitoes especially because rainy season is coming right?
So I present you my not-so-pink and not-so-white outfit. Agree? I am wearing my so-so-overused top and not-so-ombre diy shorts. And guess what? I am not-so-fond of saying 'not so' ironically. Well, not-so-really. Okay. Someone please stop me. I'm being weird again. Hahaha! Na windang ba kayo? Well, ako rin eh lol!
(Canadian top, JAG diy shorts)
I had this baggy pants diy-ed as ombre shorts last month and sorry for my late post! God Bless you all, people. Lovelots.
And before you close your browser let me just tell you that my mom's friend who is a police visited our shop and she saw me there and you know, she said that she saw my blog. I don't know where she found it since she's not my facebook's friend but I really got kilig pero straight face para professional. Hahaha! Stay tuned. Thousand styles are yet to come in this blog.

DIY Nails

Say hello to my DIY nails! These are actually my Instagram posts and I just compiled them!
I am not a big fan of nail designs but I really like people who have good nails! I mean, who hates that? Some are adorable, simple, cool, scary, lakas-trip, and etc. So would you mind to share my tiny creations? Some are messy; some are simple and some are out of nowhere.
Why don't you try your DIY nail art too?

So here are they. I made them. Obviously yes, DIY nga eh. I'm an amateur and I hope you'll like them:
My friends and I did these creations!

I just found the last photo in tumblr! Tawa lang tayo! Ang literal eh!

Lost in You

This ootd of mine is about a month old. Numerous drafts are piling in my folder and I really can't upload them altogether at all once. I have that 'schedule' wherein I'll not post in consecutive days and whatsoever.
Okay, so I love this picture and can't you see that one piece of flats? Shame on me! Hahaha!

You probably miss my jumpshot. I miss them too!
My top and skirt are my DIYs. They were dress and I just cut them.
DIY kagad? Well, basta I cut them!

I basically added vintage effect for my shots because I find the raw pictures dull.
Anyway, we went to Sky Box to shoot our Chinese project. I'll post my outfit soon so watch out! On the same day, the school had a seminar about God and I was definitely sad that I wasn't able to go. I should've learned many life lessons..... :(

You'll see my siblings in the next pictures! Yes, we are triplets!
I am that crazy. If you knew me, you'll be emegedly shocked!
Since I lack good words, I'll be giving you quotes I read in my favorite blog.

"Sometimes the most dangerous place you can ever be is your very own head."

"You can't start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one."

"Life is tough but you must be tougher."

"We keep running after the people who care least about us. Why don't we just stop, turn around, and see the ones running behind us?"

"I've been walked on, used and forgotten and I don't regret one moment of it because in those moments, I've learned a lot. I've learned who I can trust and can't. I've learned the meaning of friendship. I've learned how to tell when people are lying and when they're sincere. I’ve learned how to be a teenager, and how to grow up when I need to. I won’t ever take what I have for granted. This is life, live it one day at a time. You never know how many days you've got left."

Pretentious DIY

This is my 2nd DIY creation. I have many DIYs but I prefer to call them repairs -slash- renovated apparels because nothing really changed. For me, DIY is your own creation and it is transforming a material into something breathtaking (*sparks sparks*).

I mainly got this idea from Kryz Uy's Sinulog festival post.
Before, it was plainly a simple blouse from HDC and what I did was, I fringed the bottom, weaved the back and cut the sleeves!
You'll see them as you scroll my page! Booom! (sound of atomic bomb!)

I did this during our exam day and when my sister saw me wearing this, she uttered: "Nag-damit ka pa." "Don't post that on FB ha?" Awww sister, you're being too sweet (no sarcasm). That's why I posted the topmost picture in Facebook because I straightforwardly don't want to be caught posting this in the most public account of mine- Facebook!
Don't worry; I won't wear this out naman! That's me. Each time I do DIY, I don't wear them outside. I just don't feel it. It's like I don't trust my DIY skills. And many this and that reasons.

I paired my DIY top with my summer shorts because the top is too dull!
Okay, so I lack chest department plus my tummy is getting bigger already!
Please don't mind them! Hahahaha! If we're just all girls here, I would spill 3 reasons why....

Black and white filter is the best effect each time I do this serious pose.
It definitely adds fierce touch. Agree?

The top is really pretentious...
It definitely looks conservative in front..

Tada! Boom boom boom! How pretentious right folks?
Too much skin is bad!
I really don't have guts to wear and post this in public but
I,myself made this so yeah, now they're here. (little girls laughing)

I was was wearing a lace tube with no foams (that is why).
Oh well! That's how detailed the weaves are!
They're not really pantay so forgive me. Can you?

I was done editing the pictures...
And then, I've realized baliktad pala pagkasuot ko!

"Some people let their beauty show, because they want the world to see it. Others hide their beauty because they want the world to see more."

And yes, the quote contradicts the pictures but I truly believe in that and 'Less is sexy' right? 'The less you reveal, the more people wonder; and that's makes a mysteriously appealing and sexy!

When you see me somewhere, you'll notice that I don't dress like this because my blog is the other part of me. I have numerous attitudes and senses.
I don't even wear shorts outside and I seldom wear dresses and heels. Again,
My blog is the other part of me.
